1 Introduction

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. Your acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform, regardless of whether you complete any registration process or subscription.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 360pk with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

4 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to the Platform and its Content is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to you, to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4.1 Jurisdictional Responsibility

5 Nature of the Platform

The 360pk name, logo and all related brand marks are trade marks of 360pk. Third-party trade marks referenced on the Platform — including operator names, payment service names and sports organisation marks — remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to such marks does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

7 Acceptable Use Policy

As a condition of using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy at all times. You must not use the Platform:

• In any way that violates any Applicable Law or regulation, including Pakistani law
• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, spam or promotional material
• To upload, post or otherwise transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory or obscene material

• To introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious code
• To conduct automated scraping, crawling or harvesting of Content without prior written consent
• To impersonate 360pk, its staff or any other person or entity
• To engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform
• To facilitate, encourage or assist any third party in carrying out any of the prohibited activities listed above

8 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranties

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. 360pk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 No Financial or Legal Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax or investment advice. PKR figures used in examples are illustrative only. Users should seek independent professional advice before making any financial decisions related to gambling or otherwise.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 360pk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:
